About the position
We are looking for a SAP Specialist to mainly focus on the area of Sales (in Sales & Distribution). Within AAK this is an area with high activity requiring support and development from IT.
To be successful in this role you need to fully understand AAK:s work processes and translate business requirements into functional design. You will be the receiver of IT requirements from our business activities and be instrumental in proposing improvements to continue streamlining and making processes efficient. You are the translator of demands into specifications for developers and/or external consultants.
In your role as SAP Specialist you will be coordinating the design as well as build, test, deployment, information and documentation (e.g user guides). A natural part of your daily work is project management where you lead implementations and upgrades of projects. You actively interact with stakeholders of the business as well as super users to follow up on progress and prioritizations.
Who are you?
To be successful in the role you must have in depth previous experience of SAP or Business Intelligence Systems with focus on Sales & Distribution (SD). As a person you are self-motivated, driven, well organized and see the great benefits of team collaboration. You have good analytical skills as well as strong communication and presentation capabilities.
To apply you need a bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or a other relevant field. You have at least five years of experience working with relevant systems and feel competent working with external service providers and software suppliers. Previous experience from food industry and/or process industry is a merit.
We are an international company, therefore fluency in English is a prerequisite.

About the role
Preferably based at our site in Karlshamn, Sweden, you will join our Business Intelligence (BI) team, reporting to Business Intelligence & Project Manager, Rodrigo Huerta, you will play a key role in the creation of global BI solutions which enable our colleagues to make faster and better decisions, contributing in that way to our company’s objectives, goals and strategies.
You will be working closely with business users and IT members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis, modelling and development of sustainable solutions, which are aligned with our strategies and are according to our corporate standards.
Therefore, we are looking for a candidate which has experience in the data warehouse and business intelligence area, with strong knowledge in data provisioning, modelling, security, authorization and integration between different systems and technologies such as SAP ECC, SAP HANA, MS and Tableau/BW.
Responsibilities:
Develop reliable and high performing data sources
Create front-end solutions, which enable AAK’s organization to make faster and better decisions
Support and monitor our information systems
Suggest continuous improvements to our platforms and technologies.

About you
To succeed in this role, you have a university degree on Master’s level, probably in computer engineering or business administration, but more importantly you have several years of experience from SAP or other ERP systems. You also have knowledge from , MS , SAP HANA and Tableau/BW. Building on your professional background, you are capable to bridge business and technical language. If you have experience from supply chain processes that would be a plus.
You are an independent and outgoing team player with a good eye for details and a structured way of working. You are characterized by being proactive, customer-oriented, responsible, well-organized and enthusiastic, and you have a strong personal integrity and a high willingness and ability to share knowledge and experience.
As you will be working globally, you must have an international mindset, supported by a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
